Terms & Conditions

By scheduling service with Ballen Appliance Repair, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. Ballen Appliance Repair provides appliance diagnostic, repair, and preventative maintenance services for residential appliances. Diagnostic fees cover the technician’s time, travel, and evaluation of the appliance issue and are non-refundable once service has been performed. Any additional repairs, labor, or replacement parts will be quoted separately and must be approved by the customer before work begins.

 

Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible access to the appliance being serviced. Ballen Appliance Repair is not responsible for delays caused by unavailable, incorrect, discontinued, or damaged parts supplied by manufacturers or third-party vendors. While every effort is made to properly diagnose and repair appliances, Ballen Appliance Repair cannot guarantee against future failures unrelated to the original repair or pre-existing conditions within the appliance.

 

Payment is due at the time services are completed unless otherwise agreed upon. Preventative maintenance services may require payment at the time of booking. Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Ballen Appliance Repair reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe working conditions or for inappropriate customer behavior.
