Refund Policy

Ballen Appliance Repair strives to provide honest, professional, and reliable service. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the service provided. Diagnostic and service call fees are generally non-refundable once diagnostic work or service has been completed. Preventative maintenance services may be refunded if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Repairs involving special-order or installed parts may not be eligible for refunds. If a customer experiences an issue related to a completed repair, Ballen Appliance Repair should be contacted directly so the issue can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
