Cancellation Policy

By scheduling a service appointment with Ballen Appliance Repair, the customer understands that the service call fee covers diagnostic time, travel, and evaluation of the appliance issue. Service call fees are non-refundable once diagnostic work has begun. Any additional repairs, labor, or replacement parts will be quoted separately and must be approved by the customer before work is performed. Payment for completed repairs is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Ballen Appliance Repair is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, additional failures discovered during repair, or delays caused by unavailable or damaged parts from manufacturers or suppliers.
